STEP 3: 

Plan to Meet and Maintain Your Goals

Architecture of the human body requires that our muscles work together as intended when we were created.  If not the human body becomes dysfunctional, with a limp here, a twitch there, a crutch, cane, walker, wheelchair, or chronic discomfort, etc.  A certified fitness professional can identify which fitness activities can improve, cause or worsen these issues based on your current physical posture and movements.   Let us help you avoid the injured list and delays in reaching your goals.  We develop safe and effective personal fitness plans specifically for you.

STEP 4: 

Make It Happen

Book a certified fitness trainer.  In support of your plans, we provide initial and ongoing personal training sessions.

  • The objective of initial sessions is to ensure proper technique for appropriate muscle synergy as needed.  This is critical to your success.  If you do nothing else, do this before you begin to work your fitness plan.
  • Ongoing training sessions include fitness tracking and reporting of your progress and achievements.  Most importantly, they include a fun gage to keep interests sparked for ongoing commitment and success.
