Eating Light – Quick and Easy

Eat light, feel light.  It’s more than just a visual thing.  Think about it.  A plate of steak, potatoes, macaroni and cheese, a dinner role and greens held in your hand is pretty heavy.  Your body carries that weight around until it digests and leaves your body.

Instead of dealing with that unnecessary heaviness, start with a lighter plate.  Lots of greens should be a rule of thumb.  Kale and collards, raw or cooked, are extremely versatile super foods you can load up on day and night.
